Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Dusty Rose Interiors. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at hello@dustyroseinteriors.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dustyroseinteriors.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: personalised items, earrings, and items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
